Grant Wilson

Grant has now been actively involved in the vegetable production industry for 33 years. His background experience involved the supply of general crop input products, but his focus in recent years is as a specialist in vegetable seed and seed coating products. He oversees the trialling and assessment of new vegetable cultivars as they become available, and works to establish the best of these for commercial use where they offer clear advantages for the grower/producer.

 When he can organise spare time, Grant will usually head for the hills, rifle in hand, hunting for venison for the freezer and a trophy set of antlers or horns.

Philip Picot

Philip joined Seed and Field in September of 2006, with a background of 15 years in the Rural Servicing Industry. Philip looks after Seed and Fields extensive field trial program, assessing the performance of the many new varieties of vegetables in the Pukekohe area, in addition to his role as a Technical Sales Representative.

Philip enjoys assisting in any way he can to help growers select the best vegetable varieties and seed available.

In his spare time he enjoys fishing and time with his family.

Andrew Culley

Andrew has 30 years experience in the seed industry and travels widely and often to keep up with the latest developments with vegetable varieties worldwide. Andrew is always keen to help customers to help choose the best variety for the job at hand.

When not working Andrew is renovating his old farm house and chasing cattle on the farm.

Helen Bowden

Helen has worked in the Rural Servicing Industry for the last 20 years and is the person to talk to about any account enquiries. Helen is always keen and willing to help, and you will find that she will always ‘go’ that extra mile to make sure any account work is done accurately and on time.

Helen enjoys supporting her local Rugby Club (Patumahoe) and can be found occasionally at a racetrack following her husband’s pacers.

Karen can also be contacted about account enquiries, along with Helen. You will find Karen will also do that little bit extra to help you in her usual bright and bubbly way.

Karen has a strong commitment to doing all things family and can be found at the Pukekohe Netball complex every Saturday during the season.
