Summer Love

The current premium Summer harvest variety for quality and consistency. Summer Love features the best cauliflower wrapper leaves we have seen. The bright white curds have excellent weight, depth and feature a strong bottom "tuck".
Summer Love harvests best from January to early June.

Omeo

Numerous winter seasons now have demonstrated the adaptability, consistency and reliability of Omeo cauliflower for early to late Winter production. Omeo features bright white curds of good depth and density protected by a sturdy, clean jacket of frame leaves. Most growers using Omeo find that scheduling Omeo for harvesting from early/mid June to early October flattens the complications of programming three or even four different varieties to fill this same wide slot. Perhaps the one rule for Omeo is "Keep it cold"
as Omeo doesn't seem to handle heat.

Nova

Nova is a well established variety for Summer harvest. Nova has displayed excellent flowering reliability through the demanding warm weather period. Quick and very uniform maturity for high percentage first harvest. Medium sized frames, strong wrapper leaves and bright white, attractively shaped curds featuring density, depth and good bottom "tuck".
Nova harvests best from January to late May

Sirente

Sirente is a mid-late maturing cauli best suited in the South Auckland area to spring harvest but adaptable enough to use in autumn also. It has an exceptionally white flower that is typically firm, with a medium to large frame with excellent wrap around the curd.
